Nurturing Future Chocolatiers: Our Chocolate Display Collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu

Our recent collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu in Melbourne, a renowned institution for culinary arts and hospitality management education, underscores our unwavering passion for fostering chocolatiers and celebrating their craft.

In line with Easter, we had the utmost opportunity to collaborate with Le Cordon Bleu in Melbourne, where their talented students provided 14 chocolate sculptures, showcasing their creativity, skill and dedication. It’s not just about presenting a display; it’s about providing a platform for these aspiring chocolatiers to express themselves and to showcase their artistry to our guests.

To create further excitement, we are hosting a competition at our lobby for our guests to vote for their favourite chocolate sculpture and at the end of the display period, the student of the winning sculpture with the most votes will earn an overnight stay with us.

Over the last century Le Cordon Bleu has seen revolutionising change as they have evolved from a Parisian cooking school to an international network of culinary arts and hospitality management institutes.
